1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Within 24 hours of booking confirmation:

    • 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.

  • After 24 hours but before 48 hours of booking confirmation:

    • 30% of the advance amount will be refunded.

  • After 48 hours of booking confirmation:

    • No refund of the advance amount will be provided.

2. Refund Process

  • Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI):

    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 7 business days.

  • Assurance: Rest assured, all eligible refunds will be processed promptly. For any delays or queries, contact us via email.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Cancellations made after 48 hours of booking.

    • Non-refundable bookings (e.g., special offers, discounted packages).
