Check-in/Check-out Times & Late Penalty:

• Check-in time: 01:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• A late check-out penalty is the full booking amount of the next day.

Payment Policy:

• A 30% advance payment is required for booking confirmation at the time of reservation.
• The remaining payment must be settled in full at check-in. No entry will be permitted without complete payment.

Security Deposit:

• A refundable security deposit of Rs. 3,000 must be paid at check-in. This will be reimbursed after check-out, subject to property inspection.

Guest Identification:

• Guests need to submit a photocopy of a valid Government ID at check-in.

Noise & Pool Curfew:

• After 10:00 PM, speaker music and use of the swimming pool are strictly prohibited.
• Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This includes keeping noise levels low inside the villa and on outdoor patios/balconies.

Prohibited Substances:

• The use of drugs is strictly prohibited on the property.

Kitchen Usage & Charges:

• Kitchen charges are an extra Rs. 1,000.
• If you use the kitchen, we kindly request you to wash all used utensils and clean the kitchen area before check-out. Excessive cleaning required for the kitchen may incur an additional charge.

Personal Belongings:

• Guests are responsible for taking care of their belongings and valuables. The management is not responsible for any lost items.

Advance Payment Refund Policy:

• The advance paid is non-refundable in any case.

Visitors Policy:

• Visitors for guests residing at the property are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the premises.

Extra Guest Charges & Property Capacity:

• An extra guest is charged Rs. 500 per person on weekdays and Rs. 1,000 per person on weekends.
• The maximum occupancy of the villa is [Insert Number] persons unless explicitly agreed upon with the management and additional guest charges are paid. Exceeding this limit without prior approval may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.

Property Damage:

• Guests need to compensate for any physical damage to the property.

Hygiene Fine:

• Spitting in the property will incur a Rs. 500 fine.

Check-in Delays:

• Due to continuous bookings, cleaning may take longer than usual, which may result in a late check-in. We appreciate your understanding.

Energy Conservation:

• For energy conservation and safety, please ensure all lights, fans, air conditioners, and other electrical appliances are switched off when you leave the villa or are not in use.

Waste Disposal:

• Guests are requested to dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. Please do not leave garbage outside the villa. For longer stays, inquire about trash collection schedules.
